No, each Pokemon either has the quality of "shininess" or it doesn't. Evolving your Pokemon doesn't change this, meaning that evolving non-shiny Pokemon cannot result in a shiny Pokemon, nor can evolving a shiny Pokemon result in a non-shiny Pokemon.

No. If a Pokemon isn't shiny, it won't evolve into a shiny pokemon. Also if you breed a shiny pokemon, it's offspring won't necessarily be shiny

Yes. But they are very hard to find. one pops up randomly about every 9,000 battles

yes and no. If it's a yamna(for example) it would be able to evolve into a shiny yamnega. but say it is a pokémon that can't evolve, then it obviously wont evolve into anything
