Yes you would be held responsible because your child is a minor, You would be deemed irresponsible by any court or insurance company because they would tell you that you ALLOWED it to happen. Also it does depend how old the child is, is the child 17 years old? Also what state you live in In MO. the age of 17 is a legal adult but as long as they are in school or reside in your home your still responsible for them. If your child moved out of the house and you left and then they went into your home and had a party your child would be responsible. Short of long If your child is underage and you leave them home and they have a party that's your problem not the child's
It depends if your parent let you do it then yes they can get fined and they can take their child away but if the parent does not knoe then the child will get in trouble and get tookin to jail for 21 days or until parents come get you but that depends on if they want to let you out. why you do that????????????
idk. but im trying to figure out the same thing for no reason. they always try to get me into trouble with the law so i can go to rydc again and again. i hate my parents. oh well good luck though
Millie is a kittypet from a far-away place; her parents are not known.
That depends on your parents. They could ask the police to treat you as a run away and force you to return home. I believe that although the drinking age is 21. you are only a minor until you are eighteen. So 102 days and you can do what you like.
No. If the age for admission is 18 or 21, that is the cut off. A parent does not change that.

Both are still minors, the parents can legally move her and the baby.
Technically they are not yet an adult. Until they turn 18, they are minors. The parents get to make the decisions.
Yes if he didn't have anything to pay it off with when he passed away
I ran away several different times at the age of 15. And the police station got involved two of the times. The police station told me that if I ran away a third time and they were involved than my most likely option would be, being sent to a group home. I dont know if this is the LAW, a SCARE TACTIC, or something PARENTALLY involved, but this is what i was told.
In North Carolina, running away is not a crime. Minors who run away may be taken into custody by law enforcement and returned to their parents or guardians. It is important for runaways to seek help and support to address the issues that led them to run away.
Yes, you can walk away from a mortgage and not be liable for a deficiency (even in recourse states) if the mortgage was listed in the bankruptcy.
