I don't know of any but it is defiantly within current technology. Making a bed is a comparatively simple task. A robot may have problems recognising different bed sheets as well as finding and getting them from a cupboard. Not to mention the physical difficulties. The manipulation of the hands for carrying out folding sequences or other dexterous tasks would be important. but it not an unachievable goal.
