Can somebody explain what happened on the end of the movie Cube 2 Hypercube?

when ol girl gets out she finds she was in an experiment for quantum teleportation. She also finds she has only been in the cube for exactly 6 min 59 sec, in the extras on the alternate endings for which there are 2. Of course she has to be killed in order to be silinced about the whole experiment. I also believe she was instructed to find some sort of "key" that one of the other people had on them, although im not sure who had the key. I believe ive read somewhere that it was on a necklace one of the women was wearing?
