u need surf rock smash and rock climb
it is easy to get through the cave by yourself
you will battle mars and Jupiter (team galatic commanders) with the other guy who you name
then you battle the boss (Cyrus)
once you beat him you can catch dialga(Pokemon diamond) and palkia (Pokemon pearl)
remember ... there is lodes of them so kill it and your Pokemon levels up to lv100
