∙ 13y agoFirst you need to to get abducted by an spaceship which happens when your looking through a telescope ( DOES NOT ALWAYS HAPPEN). Next usually only the men who are abducted get pregnant and have alien babies ( IT RARELY HAPPENS TO WOMEN). I should know. My dude on Sims got abducted and a few Sim days later he had an green alien baby girl with black eyes.
