Well YES ...Your eviction notice should have given you ample time to find adequate housing for you and your kin ... Now, if you have not found said housing then you may petition the court for more time to find housing but keep in mind that the Judge may give you 30-90 more days until you have to vacate the property ... Also, you may be able to apply for more then one extension from the courts ... But, you must show that you are looking for a new place to live ...
