From My understanding New Zealand has some strict gun laws when it comes to the PCP class of air guns. See the link below. I do not think you can have it shipped directly to you. In fact, Amazon has most likely dealt with this situation before. I believe you should check with an ARMS Officer before you place an order. It's best to be safe rather than deal with a problem after the fact.
BTW I own both the Marauder rifle (.25 cal) and the pistol (.22 Cal) and I can say they are extremely wonderful to shoot. Fortunately for me I live in California and we have no restrictions on PCP class air guns.

No, not likely. The Benjamin Marauder .25 is an air rifle. While accurate to 100 yards, it pushes only 900 ft/lbs. It would be foolish to try to take down a wild boar, and likely wouldn't penetrate the hide of a hog or deer. Might be okay or squirrel or rabbit.
Benjamin Marauder PCP .22 Cal pistol using C02 not air. Or the Airforce Talon using the short barrel with full Shroud and C02 power supply. The Marauder comes in both a pistol form and a rifle format. Both will cost you around $390 for the pistol and $470 for the rifle. The Talon comes in a rifle format only and can cost as much as $1000 with accessories
No, no air rifle has a capablitay to kill a deer. The maruader is a great gun but it can only kill up to a rabbit or mabye a fox. If you try to shoot a deer with that it will charge at you or it will just shake it off.
