A lot of places in Pixie Hollow are great for getting Talent Points, but in my opinion the Animal Derby, Tearoom Games, and Crafting gets you the most points. Animal Derby and Tearoom games are quickest, but crafting games have more varieties, making earning Talent Points a bit more fun.
Sadly, there is no super simple way of earning points. My best recommendation is Animal Derby, it is the most fun way, and so are the Tearoom games.
