if u mean gengar then yes but... it is very hard i was very lucky to get it myself but i can tell u how i got it
first u need a gameboy advanced Pokemon like Pokemon sapphire or emereld or firered or leafgreen put it in the gameboy advanced slot and go into your Pokemon platinum game then go to the abandoned mansion which is at the end of eterna forest where u need a Pokemon to know the move cut to cut down one of the three trees then when u are in the house then u go upstairs andthe middle room then theres a row of rooms the one with a painting that has glow eyes is the one u got to go to then at the side of the wall (where the shadow is because that is the only way to get him because he only appears in shadows ) keep running along the wall p.s it is very hard to find him don't give up my words are true other ppl think u cant find him but they probably never went into the shadows also u must have the national dex to actually find him p.ss u can also find rotom in a room a few doors down from the room u find gengar in a television but u need national dex and u have to bang on the tv hope i helped! psss be sure to stock up on lots of pokebals because gengar is really hard to catch but rotom is fairly easy to catch
