Can you nickname Pokemon besides when you catch them?

Yeah you can, you just go to the Condaminiums in Eterna City and go to the old man on the first floor and he'll rate your nickname and ask you if you want to change it. But you can't change the pokemon's name if its not your (etc.traded)

You can go to the name rater. He will only name your Pokemon, not traded Pokemon.

Just like in all Pokemon games, you are able to change a catched one's nickname upon catching it. Plus, I'm pretty sure there is a person you can tal to to change your pokemon's nickname, like the Nickname Man in all of the other games.
