you only need dialga in your team but you can if you want when i beat the elite four i had a alakazam staraptor empoleon dialga gengar and rapidash and i beat it in no time at all You don't have to have a dialga in your team. you can go and beat the elite four with no legendary Pokemon at all. i went and beat them without a legendary easily. but i had a level 70 or higher fearow. you don't need one of those either.

The Rival's Pokemon are: Staraptor lv 36 (Normal/Flying) Floatzel lv 35 (Water) Heracross lv 37 (Bug/Fighting) Rapidash lv 35 (Fire) Torterra lv 38 (Grass/Ground) Your Pokemon's levels are far too low to beat your rival so you will need to do some training. However, in general, use Luxray's electric moves to beat Staraptor and Floatzel, use Staraptor's flying moves to beat Heracross and Torterra, and use Prinplup's water moves to beat Rapidash. Bring along some super potions and heal whenever you need to. X Speed, X Attack, and X Special can be very useful for boosting those stats.
