Playstation consumer hotline can make exceptions on purchases, but it is rarely done. Even when I complained of a music unlimited automatic purchase made as a result of a game during the E3 at Playstation Home they had to request that an exception was made. Sometimes even mistakes will not be corrected like when you purchase an add on thinking the game was including and then being unable to use the product. Everything sold through the PlayStation Store is not returnable including the money you put into your Playstation Wallet to make purchase. If you never spend the money you still can not get a refund
