To unlock Cad Bane in Lego Star Wars 3 complete the level Hostage Crisis which you can access when you find the Bounty Hunter Missions Room. The Bounty Hunter Missions Room is located on the left side of the Separatists' ship to the left of the elevator where you will see a door with a Bounty Hunter access panel next to it. Or you can go to the pause menu, select extras, and click enter secret code and enter NHME85 (This cheat code will work on Wii and Xbox I am not sure that it will work on any other game system).
