no the Dual Shock 3 controller is Bluetooth and the PS2 does not have Bluetooth, although it would still not work for other reasons

∙ 15y agoUnfortunately the ps3 guitar is usb and the PS2 Guitar Hero/Rock Band is not compatible with a usb wireless guitar.
