Use two NOR gates. Tie the output of the first to both (or all) inputs of the second. A logic one at any input of the first produces a logic one at the output of the second which is a standard OR.

What is meant by ttl logic?

TTL stands for "transistor-transistor logic" and consists of using BJT's ("bipolar junction transistors") to conduct the logic for the circuit.

What is the advantage of Programmable logic device over microcontroller?

The advantage of programmable logic device is in terms of money. This device is cheaper rather than using microcontrollers that has to be certified before someone can use it.

What is the definition of circuit diagram?

A circuit diagram, or schematic, is a picture of how the components in a circuit are connected together. Using the diagram, you can perform analysis of the design. You can also use it to troubleshoot a fault in the circuit.

How to measure current?

Current in a circuit can be measured by using a device called ammeter that is always connected in series in the circuit in which current is to be measured.
