No, it is not. The original story "Button, button" was quite good, as was the faithfully adapted short episode in "The Twilight Zone" series. The one and a half hour movie represents nothing but 90 minutes of your life that you will never get back. By half way through, you will be fervently wishing that someone you don't know would hit the button.
