Yes, Carrie and Mr. Big finally get married in the feature film Sex and the City: The Movie. Of course, they have to make up and break up and then plan a small wedding that turns into a big wedding, and they break up, again. It takes almost a year before they make up and get married in a ceremony at New York City Hall.
Originally, they were going to get married in this beautiful hallway-type place at the New York Public Library, but Big got cold feet and left her at the altar. After being estranged for about a year, they finally got back together and got married at City Hall.
SPOILER ALERT. Yes, she eventually does.
Carrrie's nickname was "Kid".
After she first bumps into him on the street, she sees him everywhere and finds out he's a 'big' man around town, i.e. well known and very rich and successful. Then she starts referring to him as Mr Big. Nothing distasteful implied by the nickname, though one could be forgiven for thinking this if you haven't watched the whole show.
In the movie, Carrie is 42 and Big is 53. That would be 11 years.
"Mr. Big" was called that way due to his personality, charisma, and his reputation as a big shot ("the next Donald Trump").
Mr. Darcy marries Elizabeth Bennet in the end.
