Tina McQueen died when Niall held all the McQueens hostage at the same church Myra left Niall when he was a baby. Niall had the church surrounded by bombs. They all survived when the bombs went off but Tina and Tony fell trying to help John Paul. They both fell through the floor and Tina was trapped underneath a pillar. Dom got her out but she had passed away. Everyone else survived the explosion.
