No - its a long standing urban legend.
Legend is believed to have been started from stand-up comedian Buddy Hackett in 1994
Neil Armstrong himself said he only heard of this in 1995.
Subject: Mr. Gorsky IN CASE YOU DIDN'T ALREADY KNOW THIS LITTLE TIT BIT OF TRIVIA.... ON JULY 20, 1969, AS COMMANDER OF THE APOLLO 11 LUNAR MODULE, NEIL ARMSTRONG WAS THE FIRST PERSON TO SET FOOT ON THE MOON. HIS FIRST WORDS AFTER STEPPING ON THE MOON, "THAT'S ONE SMALL STEP FOR MAN, ONE GIANT LEAP FOR MANKIND," WERE TELEVISED TO EARTH AND HEARD BY MILLIONS.* BUT JUST BEFORE HE RE-ENTERED THE LANDER, HE MADE THE ENIGMATIC REMARK - "GOOD LUCK, MR. GORSKY." MANY PEOPLE AT NASA THOUGHT IT WAS A CASUAL REMARK CONCERNING SOME RIVAL SOVIET COSMONAUT. HOWEVER, UPON CHECKING, THERE WAS NO GORSKY IN EITHER THE RUSSIAN OR AMERICAN SPACE PROGRAMS . OVER THE YEARS, MANY PEOPLE QUESTIONED ARMSTRONG AS TO WHAT THE - 'GOOD LUCK, MR. GORSKY' STATEMENT MEANT, BUT ARMSTRONG ALWAYS JUST SMILED. ON JULY 5, 1995, IN TAMPA BAY , FLORIDA , WHILE ANSWERING QUESTIONS FOLLOWING A SPEECH, A REPORTER BROUGHT UP THE 26-YEAR-OLD QUESTION ABOUT Mr Gorsky TO ARMSTRONG. THIS TIME HE FINALLY RESPONDED BECAUSE MR. GORSKY HAD DIED, SO NEIL ARMSTRONG FELT HE COULD NOW ANSWER THE QUESTION. HERE IS THE ANSWER TO "WHO WAS MR GORSKY": IN 1938, WHEN HE WAS A KID IN A SMALL MID-WESTERN TOWN , HE WAS PLAYING BASEBALL WITH A FRIEND IN THE BACKYARD. HIS FRIEND HIT THE BALL, WHICH LANDED IN HIS NEIGHBOUR'S YARD BY THEIR BEDROOM WINDOW. HIS NEIGHBOURS WERE MR. AND MRS. GORSKY. AS HE LEANED DOWN TO PICK UP THE BALL, YOUNG ARMSTRONG HEARD MRS. GORSKY SHOUTING AT MR. GORSKY, "SEX! YOU WANT SEX?! YOU'LL GET SEX WHEN THE KID NEXT DOOR WALKS ON THE MOON!" It broke the place up. NEIL ARMSTRONG'S FAMILY CONFIRMED THIS IS A TRUE STORY.
There were picture of neil Armstrong and Edwin Aldrin walking on the moon. They took pictures of themselves like tourists.
This referred to a 'Mr Gorsky'. On the moon Armstrong was supposed to say 'This one's for you, Mr Gorsky', or 'Good Luck Mr Gorsky', depending upon the source. Supposedly when questioned Armstrong refused to say why he said this until eventually he admitted that it came from when he and his brother played ball in their back yard when they were kids. One day the ball went into a neighboor's yard - a neighbour who didn't like the tearaway Armstrong boys much. After climbing on the extension roof to get his ball Armstrong overheard them arguing in the bedroom: "Oral sex? oral sex? I'll give you oral sex when one of those boys next door walks on the moon..." hence Heil Armstron's quote. However, the whole story is untrue, and Armstrong never said it, always denying it when questioned. Moreover, the accurate transcripts of the Apollo Missions (available from the NASA site) show that nowhere did Armstrong ever say such a thing either during the flight, or whilst on the moon. A pity really as it makes a good after-dinner story.
No, Neil Armstrong was an astronaut.
No, Neil Armstrong and Louis Armstrong were not related.No. Neil Armstrong was the first man on the moon but Louis Armstrong was a famous musician.
Over the years, many people have question [Armstrong] as to what the "Good luck, Mr. Gorsky" statement meant. On July 5, in Tampa Bay, Florida, while answering questions following a speech, a reporter brought up the 26-year-old question to Armstrong. He finally responded. It seems that Mr. Gorsky had died and so Armstrong felt he could answer the question. When he was a kid, Neil was playing baseball with his brother in the back yard. His brother hit a fly ball which landed in front of his neighbors' bedroom window. The neighbors were Mr. and Mrs. Gorsky. As he leaned down to pick up the ball, he heard Mrs. Gorsky shouting at Mr. Gorsky, "Oral sex? Oral sex you want? You'll get oral sex when the kid next door walks on the moon!"
Good luck, Mr Gorski - This is what Neil Armstrong said before leaving the moon. Mr. Gorski was the neighbor of Neil Armstrong when he was a child. This is the story: (With Neil's passing, I am sure he doesn't mind this story going around again. R.I.P. Neil. - D.) Actually Michael Jackson invented the Moon Walk, but in Poptropica Neil Armstrong invented the Moon Walk.
