No Itachi does not kill Sasuke *SPOILERS* It turns out Itachi loved the leaf village and even put it above his own family and he was given a mission to kill the uchiha clan because danzo and the two hokage advisors thought uchiha whas getting too powerful so they gave Itachi this mission to kill every uchiha but he couldn't kill sasuke because he loved sasuke too much.

NO, Sasuke does NOT kill Itachi. Sasuke may have wounded Itachi, But his (Sasuke's) last blow (jitsu) that was suppose to do the job did NOT hit Itachi (of course no matter how strong Sasuke gets Itachi will always be stronger). Itachi was already dying from over use of his eyes.

Yes Sasuke does kill Itachi bacause they meet at the Uchiha house and they battle each other but itachi still cares about sauske and he dosent want to kill him he doesn't want sauskes eyes -he played all the time as wanting to get his eyes....he planned it all-that sasuke will hate him to death and kill him because he didn't want sasuke to know the awfull truth- that the uchiha clan plotted to take over the hidden leaf village-itachi wanted sasuke to be proud of his clan. he died for only hat purpose.that show us how he loved him even more than himself......yeah this is the sad truth....sauske and itachi are almost out of chakra sauske uses karin but itachi blocks it with his flaming giant soldier jutsu and then orochimaru uses his 8 serpent snake jutsu inside sauske that bursts free but itacji has the sealing sword so he seal orochimaru away-this is also what he wanted-to keep orochimaruaway of sasuke. then goes for sauske who has 0 chakra left he gets right next to him and manage to pass him some powers(like he did with naruto) with the same punch he used to do to his beloved brother..and then dies because of using to much chakra and using his mangeykyo sharningan for to long but seals his amatrutsu jutsu in side sauske

this is the sad truth. itachi was a hero-he died sacrificed his clanto prevent war, rescued sasuke, and went to be a spy of konoha on the akatsuki.he died for konoha and sasuke

this is my own question for people who want to know. Sasuke eventually goes to Orochimaru and studies for 2 1/2 years then goes and kills Itachi. he finds out that itachi just wanted to make him stronger then kills Orochimaru. for more of the story go to Wikipedia

yes sasuke does kill itachi but wiht the help of naruto and sakura besides itatchi is how many year older then sasuke. that means that he could have still killed him but he didn't because he still has feelings for sasuke remember when he told sasuke to run and train to come and fight him. itachi cold have just killed sasuke right on the spot but he didn't. in the end letting sasuke kill him because itachi still loves his little brother very much even if he can be a jerk he still love him. as a little brother .
