As of 5/2010 no. They keep going back and forth. Finn is interested in Rachel in some episodes, but she is with another guy. Finn is then with someone, when Rachel is interested. The show is most likely doing this to keep the audience on the edge of their seats.

∙ 11y agoHe's proposed but they're not married yet. It's supposed to be happening in season 4 but the show's writer has said they won't get married this season. Whether that will remain true or not, I'm not sure.
