The original place they were going to land had a lot of craters so they had to find a different place to land. Because of that they almost ran out of fuel and if they ran out of fuel they would have crashed into the lunar surface.

Assuming your question, which is vague, is referring to Neil Armstrong and his lack of public appearances then the answer is no, nothing negative happened to him physically due to his mission to the moon. Retired Cmdr. Armstrong was born on a farm in Ohio well before the term "celebrity" was bantered about. The best guesses as to his public shyness are simple. One, that he wants no one astronaut put above another and for the public to understand that it was a joint effort to answer President Kennedy's call for us to "land a man on the moon in this decade." It took an estimated 200,000+ people to work together to land the first man on the moon. Two, he was supposedly upset to find Autographs that he had given for free being sold on bid sites for enormous amounts of money. Third, unlike his Apollo 11 LM pilot Buzz Aldrin who welcomes the public attention, Mr. Armstrong left NASA and became a professor and researcher in his home state of Ohio. Though he serves on the boards and committees of flight organizations and has flown over 200 kinds of aircraft he does not publicly push for renewed space travel. He is, simply put, a quiet man. He was known in NASA by his fellow astronauts as a level headed man of few words. Even after a near catastrophic experience in a test aircraft he returned to his NASA office without many words and no fanfare. After the 1969 mission he only stayed with NASA for 2 more years. Considering that he began his flying career at the age of 20 and is now 79 years old, NASA was a small part of his career. It just happened to make a huge impact on the world! He does make appearances to guest lecture at colleges and other organizations and was available for interviews for the anniversary celebrations of Apollo 11 and NASA, as well giving extensive interviews for the authorized biography First Man: The Life of Neil A. Armstrong by James R. Hansen. Hating to fuel the fire that conspiracy theorist have started Mr. Armstrong is not alone in his refusal to interview with said people. Most astronauts wont give interviews to these hijackers of American history. The moon landing was viewed by over half a billion people making Neil Armstrong a household name, recognized everywhere he went for a mission that he considered part of his job, making him no better than those who explored with or after him.
