Mr. Isidor Straus occupied this room with his wife. His Manservant, Mr. John Farthing (Cabin C-95), and Maid, Miss Ellen Bird (Cabin C-97), came along, but in seperate cabins. Mr. and Mrs. Straus did not survive the sinking.

Mr. and Mrs. Straus. She was going into the lifeboat but turned around and said (this is in a book I'm reading) "No! I will not be separated from my husband; as we have lived, so will we die together." They sat on steamer chairs on deck A ready to die.
i guess lots of people did. but historically recorded case is that of Ida straus, who chose to stay on the ship with her husband isidor. he wouldn't be allowed to the lifeboat. they were both in their sixties, mr. straus was macy' s (famous new yorkd upmarket store) owner
No, both Mr and Mrs Weasley survive.
Mr and Mrs
yes she was...her name was ida straus and she stayed with him until the boat sank even though she was allowed to get on the life boats. But when Mr. Woolner tried to get Ida Straus onto one of the last life boats she refused saying, "We have been living together for many years, and where you go, I go." After she said that Mr. Woolner said to Isidor, "I am sure nobody would object to an old gentleman like you getting in. There seems to be room in this boat." But Isidor objected saying, "I will not go before the other men."
