The Anime and Manga haven't ended yet but Naruto still hasn't have a clue that Hinata has a interest in him ,much less that she like him. Naruto sometime catches Hinata looking at him but just brushes it off thinking she is acting weird. Although Naruto is still oblivious to Hinata's liking to him .He is starting to notice her more.

There may be some close reasons for why some people anti Naruhina. For example, Naruto never said he liked or that he loved Hinata. I know some people say Naruto should love Hinata because she really loves him and because she risked her life for him twice! However, the fact that Hinata loves Naruto doesn't give her the right to freaking STALK HIM ALL THE TIME! A person that spies on others is a careless creepy person. If Hinata really loved Naruto she should consider how Naruto would feel if he found out some one is spying on him, [Hinata], also for the grand finale. IF HINATA TRULY LOVED NARUTO SHE SHOULD GET THE GUTS TO TELL HIM EYE TO EYE AND THEN ASK HIM IF HE FEELS THE SAME THING AND IF NOT THEN SHE SHOULD RESPECT NARUTO'S DECISION! THIS ALSO GOES FOR EVERY SINGLE STALKER OR SECRET ADMIRER. Also it wasn't Hinata's kick in the backside what made Naruto turn into the six tailes it was what Pein said after he did that. Besides Naruto and Hinata don't have as many love moments as Naruto and Sakura. For example, when Naruto's 4 tailes form hurt sakura, Naruto was able to confront Kyuubi and tell him he didn't want his power because he obviously doesn't want to ever hurt someone he loves (Sakura) again.
