Yes, she had two sister ships, the Olympic and the Britannic.
Olympic was actually the first of the three to be built and was older than her ill-fated sister by a year. Following the disaster, she was fitted with new safety features and double the number of lifeboats- fortunately, the fate of the Titanicdid not deter passengers from travelling on her, and she remained in service with the White Star Line up until 1935, clocking up a record number of trans-Atlantic crossings and earning the nickname 'Old Reliable'. She was scrapped later that year, although a number of her interior fittings and fixtures were salvaged and installed in several pubs and restaurants in and around the Southampton area.
Britannic did not even begin to be built until the year after the Titanic went down in 1912- launched in 1914, she was scheduled to be the most luxurious and sophisticated of all three ships, but in between her launching and being fitted out the First World War broke out, and she was requisitioned by the British Government for use as a hospital ship. On 21st November 1916 she was sunk off the Greek island of Kea by a torpedo fired from either a German or Turkish submarine- fortunately, all patients and medical staff aboard were safely evacuated, although 28 stokers and firemen from the engine room perished. She currently lies in the Kea Channel at a depth of 400 feet, lying on her starboard side and with a large break in her bow, but otherwise intact. Discovered in 1975 by Jaques Cousteau, she is shallow enough water for Scuba divers to explore her, although is registered as a war grave. The wreck of the Californian, the small liner that failed to go to the rescue of the Titanic, is known to lie within 200 miles of her, but has yet to be dscovered.

Ships do not have "brothers" they only have "sisters," since they are referred to as "she." The Titanic's sister ships were the Britannic and the Olympic.
