NO! It was moved in 2009 or 2010 to a new plot a mile or two down the beach that was on higher ground. Moved on a big flatbed truck. During Hurricane Irene in August 2011, the spot where it used to stand was turned into a new, 150-wide natural inlet (the movie house would have been in the middle of this inlet!). The house that stood next to it (blue and White House) also was destroyed a few days later by erosion and it too fell into the new inlet.
