Dudley Dursley is Harry Potter's cousin, the son of Vernon and Petunia Dursley. Dudley is a muggle who was raised to believe Harry was worthless and that Dudley was perfect. He was extremely spoiled and often bullied Harry with no consequences.
In the fifth movie, Harry saves Dudley's life and Dudley later begins to gain some respect towards his cousin.
