yes Bryont was right DiNozzo does like any woman with a pulse but on season 7 episode 13 "jet lag" they we to Paris to pick up a womon to proect her. while there they wnet sight seeing and at the end DiNozzo says his favorate photo was the only one with Zeva in. The woman was also pushing them together and they let there guard down and even started to flirt a bit. But Gibbs' rule 12 never date a college stop them. Mcgee and Abby also like each other

Yes Tony and Ziva will 'seal the deal' this season, according to Shane Brennan.

"You can't have an on again off again relationship like their, without it being on again at some point" he said " They will seal the deal, I'm just not sure when, and it will be very unexpected"

However, Shane Brennan is extremely well know for giving out spoilers that sound like one thing but mean something totally different. So while to us it sounds like they'll be having sex [and that's what he wants us to think] it may well mean something very different. I hope they do, but I've learnt not to take everything Shane Brennan says at face value

yes i think they will but think tony is intimidated by her so does not want to tell her. I think the main reason is because of one of gibbs' rules "never date a coworker" but hopefully they will get together openly. In one episode when they were undercover they had to pretend to be married assassins and they were been unknowingly been watched by the FBI when it is found out that they are been watched the agents said they defiantly was not pretending to have sex. So i think they are.

Tony and Ziva were 'together' on a featured episode 'Under Covers' were they had slept together. But they do not maintain a relationship.

-That is technically true, however- from the title of the episode- many people debate whether it was just for the job and whether or not they actually slept together or just acted like they did, since they were undercover as a pair of married assassins. They did for sure kiss though, only as undercover work or not.
We don't know until we watch it, although I hope they do
