I know that you want a Yes or No answer for this but it is unknown whether or not Uzumaki Naruto will have a child. The best chance for that is a spin-off series after the events of Shippuden (Shippuuden).

Yes, he does and Kurenai Yuhi is pregnant with his child
Yes, Kurani is expecting his child, but Asuma dies, before the birth so he never gets to see him/her. If you're thinking Konohamaru is Asuma's child, you're wrong, Asuma is his uncle.

If the question is asking wether or not Asuma and Kurenai have a child then the answer is yes they do.

Kurenai is pregnant with Asuma's child but it hasn't been born yet. I forsee it as being a boy, so Shikamaru can better relate to it.

Kurenai gets pregnant right before Asuma dies, and she has not had her baby yet.
