I'm currently at episode 11 of Season 5, and so far I highly doubt Blair and Dan will be a couple. It's about halfway through the season, and Blair is preoccupied with wedding preparations. The major plot line of Gossip Girl is her decision to stay with Prince Louis or call of the engagement and go back to Chuck Bass. And, Dan was going to reveal his feelings to her, but realized that she only could be truly happy with Chuck. He ultimately wants her happiness, so he tried to get them back together earlier in the season.

Yes, she knows her from back when Serena was wilde. Chuck also slept with her.
Did chuck bass from Gossip Girl die?

Serena is trying to choose between Dan and nate, and at the beginning of the first episode that is a question that Blair asks her. Chuck has a new identity and has left his empire hotel to the only person he trusts (lily). Dan and Serena will be spending a LOT of time together first couple of episodes back but it would be wrong to suggest that they will be together, after all dans still sleeping with Vanessa.
