Opinion #1:

I think it would be logical to assume that there are many subgroups av the grey alien type, of which some may be "good" and others "bad".
Recommended reading is Dolors Cannons books "Keepers of the garden" and her book about alien encounters. She has recovered information that the memories of "abductions" are not meant to come forth. But they do because the chemistry of the brain has been altered by poisons, food additives, etc. And when they do, they come in a distorted version, filtered by negative emotions such as fear. Dolores Cannon has found that everyone who is abducted by the greys has agreed to participate in their experiments prior to reincarnation. Once she has reached the deeper memories, she has found that the experiences was not nearly as bad as they appeared when filtered through e.g. fear. The greys have prepared a new Earth which some people will be given the opportunity in the future to come to, either through reincarnation or through physical transportation. They will also help to create new, more advanced bodies for the human race to inhabit. They have decided to do this because the more advanced human spirit due to form through the transition to the New Age, will require an equally more advanced body.

Opinion #2:

I believe the "greys" fit the description in The Bible of demons, angels that once were servants of God but have fallen and now serve Satan. And they definitely DO have evil intentions for humans. They are deceiving many people into thinking they are beings from other planets, and they have been documented to do experiments on humans that are painful, not helpful in any way, and they show no concern about hurting them.
