Yes, participants on HGTV's House Hunters do receive a stipend for their appearance on the show. However, the amount can vary and is generally intended to help cover expenses related to the home-buying process. It's worth noting that the stipend is not a full payment for their time, as many participants may also be motivated by the exposure and experience of being on television.
The first episode of House Hunters aired on October 7th 1999 on HGTV. The American show had a 22 minute run time with 13 seasons and 538 episodes, hosted by Suzanne Whang.
Their is a great show on HGTV for people who have organization problems. The show can give you ideas and tips on how to easily de-clutter your house.
Hey , It is on the style network now ( there was another show called clean sweep .. I think that was on hgtv also ) ...... :) look online on tv guide.com for a list or just google search it :):)
The designers don't get to tell anyone that they are on the show. And they are kept in the house all the time but it is not rigged.
I would say the best show is Property Brothers. It shows you interesting ways to take a house that may not be the best to begin with and fix it up on a budget but so that it still works and fits your style. The runners up would definitely be Income Property and the Crashers series. I would have to say Disaster DIY

It sounds like Andromeda Bunker, the same woman who narrates the show House Hunters on HGTV. I also saw a make-up commercial earlier tonight that sounded like her too.
The problem is not that we have too little storage space, it's that we have too much stuff. Every time I turn on HGTV there is an episode of House Hunters or some similar show with ignorant house hunters complaining that a closet won't fit all of their shoes. If you are hurting that bad for space, you need to take a closer look at what you want to put in that space.
