The obligor should file a petition/motion to terminate maintenance.
Yes, they are still together. I heard recently that they are living together.

Child support is based on the "Income Shares" model. The court will approximate the amount that would have been spent on the kids if the parents and the children were living together. Then each parent will be ordered to contribute a proportionate share of the total child support. see links below
YES
A commune.
If you were living in Mississippi at the time you were ordered to pay separate maintenance, and then you move to Florida, you can file a motion to contest it after you have lived in Florida for a specific amount of time. A Florida attorney can advise you as to how long you have to live in Florida before you can file a motion to contest the spousal (separate) maintenance. As for your spouse refusing to give you a divorce, you can get one anyway. A judge cannot order you to remain married to someone you no longer wish to be married to, whether you have children or not. Again, a Florida attorney can advise you on that, as well.

I WAS MARRIED IN ANTIGUA IN 2005.. I WOULD LIKE TO GET A DIVORCE FROM MY HUSBAND. I AM LIVING IN CANADA AND WOULD LIKE TO DIVORCE HIM FROM WITHIN CANADA. HE IS LIVING IN ANTIGUA. CAN I ALSO GET SPOUSAL SUPPORT FROM HIM?
living things are put together from cells
It depends. Were you ordered to pay spousal support in the divorce decree, and for what length of time? If you were, then you pay. Otherwise, it is up to you. If you want to help support your ex for whatever personal reasons, then do so. Otherwise it is not your obligation. Social Security is income, however, so the fact that you are not out "earning a living" anymore doesn't in and of itself, change the rules.
No. If he entered your apartment legally, he may exit. Otherwise, you will have a maintenance guy living with you.
We'd probably be living in a tyranny instead of a democracy when the government gets into the bedroom.
If you're separated (living apart), then you can petition the court for a order of temporary child support.
You haul his read end into the court room and the judge will order him to pay the arrears or face being thrown into prison. If his wages have been garnished, then you should be getting that money from the courts already.
