"Doc Martin" is a British medical dramedy that aired in the U.S. on the Hallmark Channel. The show, which stars Martin Clunes as the curmudgeonly Dr. Martin Ellingham, follows his life as a general practitioner in a small Cornish village. Its unique blend of humor and drama, along with picturesque coastal scenery, garnered a loyal fan base in the U.S. despite its original airing starting in the UK in 2004. The series eventually concluded with its ninth season, wrapping up the beloved storylines of its characters.

LOST aired on ABC. It had a total of 6 seasons.
Apparently not. I've searched also and they don't show anything that hasn't aired yet because it wasn't set to a network yet. Only shows that were already aired in other countries and is out in the media but is new in the US can be seen before being aired but not something brand new.

It is expected that season 6 of Doc Martin will be broadcast in the US in January 2014. Great Britain can look forward to the series airing in the fall of 2013.
