No, Bella Thorne does not appear in The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn ~ Part 2. Many people have been mistaken in saying that Renesmee Cullen (Bella and Edward's daughter) will be played by a younger-looking Bella Thorne... this was assumed way before production, and since then Mackenzie Foy has been casted as Renesmee in BD2.

No. The girl who owns the part is Mackenzie Foy. She is already filming in Vancouver with the rest of the cast.

Other girls of younger ages (Sierra Pitkin, Rachel St. gelais and Eliza Faria)

have been cast too but they will only provide their bodies to the fast growing Renesmee.

Mackenzie Foy is playing Renesmee. She was already in Breaking Dawn part 1 in a "flash forward", when Jacob imprinted her he saw her grow and saw her as a young girl.
