Yes, it is actually the complete other way around. Lola looks at Bugs as her boyfriend/lover and constantly pesters him without even realizing he doesn't like her but most of the time Bugs really feels something for her even if she talks allot.
In one episode of the show, Lola is interested in Daffy while he is on a date with a female duck name Tina (Daffy's girlfriend) from a Post Office. Bugs attempts to talk to her only to be ignored with blind statements from Lola. It ends with Bugs accidentally saying that HE (Bugs) is Lola's boyfriend and not Daffy. Lola records this and keeps it for use against Bugs.
In another episode guys are being sold to go on dates with the woman that hey give more and Bugs was on sale and Lola came in the last moment and bought him for 100,000 dollars and both went to Paris, meanwhile Daffy was trying to be sold too but was bought by Granny (the owner of Tweety and Silvester) by 10 dollars cause no other lady wanted Daffy. In Paris Lola and Bugs are being on there date but in some part Bug tells Lola to stop talking for a while and enjoy the city of Paris with him, then they go so there portraits could be painted, to a magazine store etc, and in one of the portraits of Lola and Bugs is shown that Bugs bought flower for Lola and gave the flowers to her (that's one part that shows Bugs is interested in her), than Bugs and Lola ride a boat together and Bugs hugs Lola on the boat and Lola does the same with Bugs while they are on the boat (that's another part that shows Bugs is interested in her), than at last it shows that Bugs and Lola out of the boat and going down some stairs close to a shore made of marble rock close to the river and they start dancing together and after that Bugs still is holding Lola as if they were in dance position but they weren't moving and they were looking at each other so romantically then they snuggled noses they look at there selves again with a beautiful smile and snuggle noses again and at that second snuggle after the snuggle instantly Bugs and Lola kiss (that's a that part that shows Bugs is interested in her), (but it doesn't show the kiss cause Bugs turn Lola around and kissed her) after the kiss they look at there selves again but Lola messes up just by saying that it would off been better talking, but Bugs forgives her for that anyway and they both are still in love and at the end it show that Bugs putted a photo of Lola and Bugs (himself) close to the Eiffel Tower (and that's the last part that shows Bugs is interested in her mostly).

No. Lola was only in about 5 minutes of the movie Space Jam originally. She later became an abhorrent admirer to Bugs on The Looney Tunes Show. Since that means he doesn't like her in the new stuff (only her 2nd appearance anywhere), there's no way they have kids.
yes
well, In Space Jam....Bugs fell in love with Lola, due to Lola being a sex symbol in the 90s. in the Looney Tunes Show, he hates her. Baby Looney Tunes, he is her best friend and well, Loonatics, their descendants Ace and Lexi are in love so, no.
