Just because a story or an event seems favorable to one candidate, the opponents will immediately take to the airwaves and to print, accusing the media of not being fair to their side. Actually, in a polarized world, where left-wing partisans and right-wing partisans have their own networks to watch, and each side is firmly convinced that the media are "in the tank" for the opposing candidate, CNN has tried very hard to maintain a middle-ground. It is not an easy task, but evidence shows that most of the time, they succeed.
