This question really cant be answered because we don't who she chooses until March 15th, 2011 when the next book comes out. Elena has feelings for both Stefan and Damon so there is no real answer yet.

If you mean in the Vampire Diaries she doesn't. She never died. She faked her death.

Actually Stefan doesn't and does in the book "Midnight" elena admits that she loves Damon and Stefan was shocked by this and said that he didn't realize he was holding elena and damon from being together but until then we'll have to see if in the series the same thing happens well we hope not because elena and stefan make a great pair and Stefan loves Elena unconditionally and so does Elena do let's just hope they do! Well, at the last point in ' The Reunion ', Elena is with Stefan, but she does have some feelings for Damon. I think she is a vampire at this point? I cant remember and I cant check because my friend has borrowed my book. But I think that's it. BUT, out soon, there is a new Vampire Diaries book called, ' The Return ' , So look out for that :)
