No, he does not.
After the fifth season of Stargate Atlantis was completed a movie was promised to finish the adventure but unfortunately it fell through and MGM decided not to make one. So the answer to your question is no Stargate Atlantis won`t be coming back now Stargate Universe has finished. :(
Cam Mitchell (Ben Browder) did not appear in any Stargate Atlantis episodes. Although he was considered to be casted for the characters Major John Sheppard and Colonel Dillon Everett for the first season of Stargate Atlantis. He was in Stargate SG-1 taking the position as SG-1 team leader who brings the team back together.
No, Sam never does get married. The good thing is that in a season 4 deleted seen of Stargate Atlantis, she is talking to Dr.Kellar and she tells her that she(Sam) has someone back in the United States. Crossing my fingers that the person is Jack O'Neill. She also has a picture of Jack in her room in Atlantis.
When he has to wear those thick woolies and carry back packs while running, Hot? i thinking he´d be roasting
I am not sure if you mean medical doctors or other, so I'll list both (just for Stargate SG-1 and Atlantis though). Medical Doctors: Stargate SG-1: Dr. Janet Frasier was doctor until she died in the episode Heroes part 1 and 2 in season 7. They brought in General Landry's daughter (Dr. Carolyn Lam) in season 9 and she was still the doctor in season 10. Stargate Atlantis: Dr. Carson Beckett was doctor until he died in the episode Sunday in season 3. They bring the character back later as a clone made by Micheal. In season 4 and 5 they have Dr. Jeniffer Keller. Other Doctors: Stargate SG-1: Dr. Daniel Jackson is an archeologist and one of the main characters for seasons 1-5 and 7-10, along with the movies. Colonel Samantha Carter is also a main character and has a Phd in astrophysics, but is never referred to as a Dr. because she is military. Dr. Bill Lee is in about 20 episodes (maybe more, maybe less) and he is also a scientist. Stargate Atlantis: Dr. Rodney Mckay and Dr. Radek Zalenka are main scientists in Atlantis (Rodney is a main character and Zalenka isn't though). Dr. Elizabeth Weir is also a doctor, but she is not a scientist. Instead she is the leader of Atlantis and back on Earth she negoitiated peace treaties. Weir dies in season 3. There are a couple other medical and other doctors in Stargate SG-1 and Atlantis that appear in 1 or 2 episodes, but I am not bothering to name. Hope this helped.
Stargate Atlantis has ceased production.

Syfy has decided not to renew Stargate Universe for a third season. The cable network will air the last 10 episodes of Season 2 of the action-adventure series, the third in the Stargatefranchise, in the spring of this year.Stargate Universe stars Robert Carlyle, David Blue and Ming-Na.There has been at least one Stargate series, including Stargate SG-1 and Stargate Atlantis, on Syfy since 2002.The news follows the network's decision to axe Battlestar Galactica prequel Caprica. Both Caprica and Stargate Universe had performed modestly in the ratings.Syfy has an upcoming series to fill the hole, the U.S. version of Being Human, along with returning favorites Haven, Eureka and Warehouse 13.see source for more info
