In the newest English dubs, things start getting interesting.
While Hinata was fighting Pain, she was seriously injured. She knew she was dying, and she told Naruto exactly how she felt. Before she died she said, "I used to always cry and give up... I made many wrong turns... But you... You helped me find the right path... I always chased after you... I wanted to catch up to you... I wanted to walk beside you all the time... I just wanted to be with you... You changed me! Your smile is what saved me! That is why I'm not afraid to die protecting you! Because... I love you..."
Naruto did not give a reply to this, and Hinata was later resurrected along with the rest of the Hidden Leaf that had died in this battle.
A few episodes later, Sai explained to Sakura that Naruto was in constant pain because he loved her, and was always trying to keep his promise to her that he would bring Sasuke back home.
Because Sakura cared about him so much, she went to Naruto and told him that she loved him, so to quit chasing Sasuke and be released from his promise. However, Naruto knew that she was lying in an attempt to save him pain, and they parted ways.
We know Sakura's feelings. We know Hinata's feelings. Now we just have to wait for Naruto to slow down long enough to decide how he is going to process it all.

∙ 12y agoYes, Hinata has a crush on Naruto from probably the first sight she saw if him. I guess it was love at first sight for her! She always rooted for him and wished him the best of luck. When she found out Naruto wasn't in her three-man team, she was verydisappointed. She is a very shy person when she's around Naruto. She mumbles and probably hesitates on every word she says. So of course, she likes him!
