I believe he does. Sons usually take after their fathers, and Jimmy's dad is balding. Also, if you notice his later years on Saturday Night Live and in movies as opposed to his earlier years on SNL, his hairline recedes on his side part. It is especially noticeable during his later "Weekend Update" segments. He also made a casual comment during a backstage interview that he checks his mirror before his opening monologue to see that his "hair piece is straight" (which could have been a joke, but perhaps not).
