Yes they all see her again Elena,Damon,Stefan and so on....
No but i wish they did.. :(
It does not say in the book, but it in the show, to my guess she's one of her serial number great grandmothers, by my guestimation, fourth-great, because Emily is Bonnie's 4th-great grandma, and they seemed to be around the 'same age, no, I lie, Katherine Is higher up, because Katherine was about 390+ when she met Damon and Stephane! :) Hope that help. (see episode "Katerina". Katherine had a baby out of wedlock.)
NO
you have to wait and see, seriously. all i know is that she's definitely not lying. a lot people think it's because Katherine truly loves stefan. i disagree because at the end of season 1, Katherine knew that both stefan and Damon could have died when all the other vampires from the tomb were going to be killed. if she really did love stefan, she would have made sure he was safe. i think it has to do something with what isobel said "As long as you have a Salvatore on each arm, you are doomed. Katherine was smart, she got out..."
nope

You really don't know if you'll ever see a guy again. But like most things in life you have to make things happen.
