∙ 12y agoNaruto does not kill Orichimaru. Orichimaru escapes Naruto's attack on him. But later Sasuke kills him when Orichimaru was trying to take Sasuke's body so Sasuke kills him and gets most of Orichimaru's powers.

genetically yes. he absorbed him, but when he fought itachi, itachi awoken orochimaru and made him disappear from sasuke
