Does Sakura ever get hurt by Naruto?

Yes, Sakura does frequently beat up Naruto. She likes to hit him if he says anything she doesn't approve of. He usually takes it without any complaint. Sasuke just stands there watching them. I wouldn't say she always beats the crud out of him, but she does hit him if he says anything gross.

She is a danger zone sometimes for Naruto she punch him for no reason or because he might be taking girl advice from Jiraiya and encourages Konohamaru's Sexy Jutsu.

Yes, in Naruto Shippuden. Naruto can't control his anger against Orochimaru for taking Sasuke so Naruto lets out the power of the Kyuubi. He goes from the "Kyuubi Demon Cloak" to a "Mini Kyuubi". The "Mini Kyuubi" is like a small form of the Nine Tailed Fox, but with only four to five tails. While he is in "Mini Kyuubi" mode, he can't control himself. So the Kyuubi kind of controls his body then.

THAT is when he hurts Sakura. Orochimaru hits Kyuubi Naruto and BANG! He flies to a pile of rocks and he's stuck. Suddenly Sakura starts crying saying,"Naruto! Stop it! Don't save Sasuke! I'll save him!"

Like I told you before, Naruto, or should I say the Kyuubi, doesn't care about his surroundings, he simply destroys it. So obviously, he hits Sakura which injures her badly. The "hit" is like a punch packed with poison, which infected Sakura.

no sakura in the beginning never really paid any attention to naruto but now in the episodes since saskue left she begins to notice him more

No and they most likely never will. The reason is because they're both friends and have no hatred towards eachother. If they do it MIGHT be a fight over Naruto. But I don't think so.
