That's absolutely right and Alice likes Shun too she just thinks that Shun might not feel the same way because of the way Shun doubted her after they found out she was masquerade and treated her as a traitor but they manage to become very good friends again after ALice earned Shuns trust again in the series of new vestroia in which there relationships are slowly developing

Maybe... in one episode when shun decides to leave the brawlers when Dan annoys him, Alice follows him and talks to him, shun relaxes a little :) but then ..... (the black boy who was sent by masquerade, who was one of the top ten, maybe his name was Komba....) he challenges shun but Alice comes in their way and says that masquerade was just using him. he pushes Alice and she falls but Shun catches her and becomes all over protective (the way he holds her) and he accepts the battle. when Alice reveals herself as masquerade (he said: "Well, you proved one thing-Maquerade was smart and he knew where to find us because you were him!"), Alice started to cry and activated her teleportation card, stating that she was leaving because of guilt for what she had done as Masquerade, which actually wasn't true.Shun probably did this because he felt angered about the fact that she was Masquerade.
