In the original book, Wendy asked him "What are your real feelings?" and he answered "Those of a devoted son, of course." He loved and needed her as a mother-figure and he highly appreciated and respected her. But in the 2003 liveaction film they made it into a two-way romance and made them fight, and pretty much drowned the mother-issue. But in any case, yes, Peter definitely likes Wendy.
