Does a IT-company's slogan 'Make a smart society' sound natural and good in spite of uncountable noun or another word problem?

The problem is 'other'.
A slogan is a matter of taste and yours is as good as any. The problem with it is that it's advertising something that you're not selling. A much too common practice in advertising today. In the advertising business, it's called 'selling the sizzle not the bacon' but in today's marketing, they're selling not only the sizzle but your future happiness, the happiness you may bring to others all because you bought 'their' bacon. You can't make society smart, no company can.
Sorry to be so harsh, but one more slogan of this type will certainly not stand out. Think about what you actually do, what your potential customers are looking for, their goal in hiring an IT company; think about how you plan to meet their goal. Put that into words, write it a number of different ways and work out a motto from that. Keep it simple but let your customer know what you can do.
Since I don't really know much about what an IT company does, these examples may not suit your needs but some simple examples might be, 'Get Connection, Get Busy!', or 'Hook You Up?', or even like the famous 'Got Milk?', 'Got Connection!'.
