Well, Sai, at the moment doesn't like anybody and he ISN'T gay.He has never hinted at it or expressed it.He only gets closest to Naruto because he is his first friend so he wants to treat him SPECIAL but he doesn't know how to do it so it turns out odd at times.But,back to the point, Sai isn't in love with any girl.Although, I am also curious because at the moment in the manga,he was telling everybody about their feelings and who likes them and I was wondering when he was going to think about his feelings!But nobody knows who he likes.He is probably unsure himself!^^Hope this helps.....

I second that notion! I love him so much I will literally punch you if you make fun of him. I really did that to two people. He is my favorite anime character EVER. I am not kidding.
I think it is funny when konohamoru make 2 shadow clones look like sasuke and sai make them make out
