No.
put your hair into a ponytail then pull out small strands one by one and apply bleach to their tips. Try not to play with your hair after you have applied bleach or move your head to much, as it is too easy for the bleach to spread to the rest of your hair this way. You have to be really careful in general if you want the bleach to only remain on your tips.

Yes
Depends on the size of the plant and how much bleach was applied. Bleach normally contains about 30% sodium hyperchlorite, a sterilizing agent. It is in fact diluted and used to surface sterilize plant tissues used in tissue culture. If applied to the root system of the plant it could damage severely enough to result in the plant dying - a similar situation to fertiliser burns. If the bleach is applied to the surface of the plant as as surface spray it would cause the equivalent of 2nd and 3rd degree burns to the plant - more than likely resulting in death (dependant on the resiliency of the plant)
Yes, if applied often and in the sunlight.
This would depend on how much petrol is in the tank and how much bleach. The bleach might be very diluted. Short term bleach won't do much damage, the car may not run, but the whole fuel system should be flushed out. In the long term bleach can be corrosive.
No. If the hair is applied properly or professionally & maintained well, it should not damage your own natural hair.
Do not bleach a dogs fur. This can cause serious health issues and damage their skin.
